The Dutch tenor completed his bachelor’s and master’s degree in classical singing at Maastricht Conservatory, with main subject teacher Yvonne Schiffelers. During his studies he was part of many conservatory opera productions. In 2022 he was prize winner during the 31st International Singing Competition Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg, where he sang the role of Wenzel in Smetana’s Die Verkaufte Braut. He also sang solo roles with Opera Zuid, Opera Compact and Wokmuziektheater. Furthermore, he gained much experience while singing in the opera choirs of Opera Zuid, Theater Aachen, Opera Spanga and more. Lastly, he regularly is heard as a soloist in oratorio and lied.
